Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

• The product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect
• A refund request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

Due to the nature of research materials, opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund.

Research Product Notice

All products sold by Maxed Out Compounds are intended for laboratory research purposes only. As such, returns are limited to situations involving shipping errors or product defects.

Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

• Contact support at sales@maxedoutcompounds.com with your order details and reason for the request
• Additional documentation, such as photos of the product or packaging, may be required
• If approved, instructions will be provided for return (if applicable)

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
